What to expect

You may be pregnant or have had your baby. You may be a mum or a dad. You may be finding yourself constantly worrying and picturing the worst case scenario, having catastrophic thoughts, a constant sense of unease, difficulty in keeping up with your daily life and relationships, getting easily irritable and angry, feeling the constant need to control everything and everyone around you, jumpy and extra vigilant, loss of confidence and self esteem... You may be experiencing panic attacks and physical symptoms such as chest tightness, headaches, restlessness, concentration problems, tiredness... This list is not exhaustive. This service aims to provide you with useful tools to manage anxiety, to give yourself permission to put some time aside for self compassion, self acceptance and healing. We can explore what anxiety is, what it does to our body and mind, why it's important to manage it. We will find the most suitable tools for you to learn to recognise it and manage it. PRACTICAL ASPECTS 4 weekly sessions are recommended. You may feel the need to take longer breaks in between them, or attend more/less appointments. You will be totally in charge of your journey, I'm here to support you going through it at your own pace. It's always recommended to arrange childcare in advance to be able to concentrate fully on the appointment. Available online or in person at our business location, please indicate this when completing your booking form.
