PREGNANCY MASSAGE
If you're pregnant and looking for a soothing and gentle massage this is the place for you. It may also be a lovely gift for your expectant partner/relative/friend.
Our massage is adapted to each individual mother to be, according to her needs and gestation.
It will provide relaxation, stress reduction, breathing improvement, skin elasticity, it will ease aches and pains and help you prepare for labour.
You will be required to fill in a booking form explaining what you're looking for so we can tailor the treatment to your needs.
This will involve the use of natural carrier oil only.
If you would like one or more essential oil to be used, book our aromatherapy massage instead.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
This massage involves the use of one or more essential oils.
You will benefit from relaxation, release of physical and psychological tension, anxiety management and mood enhancement, help with morning sickness, stress reduction, relief from aches and pains.
The essential oils will be chosen together depending on your needs and taste, considering also that each oil has its specific use.
It's suitable for pregnant mothers from 12 weeks gestation and also for mothers who have already given birth, with no restrictions.

PELVIC GIRDLE PAIN (SPD) SOLUTION
This package will give you a solution to relieve your pelvic girdle pain effectively through the combination of massage, acupuncture and a relaxation + a specific visualisation exercise.
Nowadays many inductions of labour are performed just for this reason, exposing mothers to unnecessary risks. By being able to take action in advance, you will be able to improve your current day to day life and minimise the risk of this unnecessary intervention.
If you're still experiencing SPD after birth, this treatment is still suitable.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a treatment that involves the use of very fine needles inserted in specific acupuncture and trigger points.
We can treat morning sickness, low mood, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, low energy, constipation and bloating, restless legs, swollen legs and ankles, insomnia, headaches and much more.
It is also a natural method to induce labour.
Suitable for pregnancy after 12 weeks and at any time after giving birth.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a form of massage that uses specific points on the feet, hands and ears which are linked to every part of your body.
If you're looking for a relaxing treatment to relieve insomnia, restore a sense of equilibrium, soothe aches and pains associated with pregnancy or birth, aid digestive issues like constipation, morning sickness or heartburn and experience benefits for your emotional wellbeing as well, reflexology can really help.

MOXIBUSTION
Moxibustion is a Chinese traditional medicine therapy which consists of burning dried mugwort in the form of a moxa stick on particular points of your body. It is mainly used in pregnancy to optimise baby's position. This doesn't apply just for breech presentation, but also for other presentations and positions.
You will be provided with a consultation on how to use it, when and how often. You will receive the kit to use safely at home.
