What to expect

Suitable for everyone from 24 weeks of pregnancy. You will receive all the information you need about caring for your newborn. We will go through types of feeding and recommendations, safe sleeping, tongue tie, cord care, bath time, clothing, travelling, what to expect from GP care and Health Visitor, growth spurts, sleep patterns, body care, needs of the newborn, crying, bonding, development in the first few months of life. Refreshments included. You will receive useful handouts, goodie bag, links to useful websites and videos and access to course teacher support.
